We understand that each situation is unique and our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction. 

We have a 10-day return policy (for eligible items), which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligible Items                                                                                                  

Returns for tea accessories will be determined on a case by case basis, depending on the circumstance and details provided. If your return is accepted, you may return tea accessory items within 10 days for a full refund (minus shipping and handling). Purchases on loose leaf tea products or any packaged tea products are final and returns are not accepted.  

To be eligible for a return, tea accessories must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@sipofserenitea.com. When emailing, please include your name, your order number, and any information that will help us address your concerns. If your return is accepted, you'll receive instructions via email on how to return your item. All return orders require that we receive the product before issuing a refund. In this case, we will inform you via email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Please note, you will be required to pay return shipping charges if you want a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make the necessary correction.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Returns for tea accessories will be determined on a case by case basis, depending on the circumstance. Purchases on loose leaf tea products are final and returns are not accepted. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
